As people from the Allgäu, we love the mountains and you can enjoy them at any time of the year. It is best to hike in autumn, because then it is not quite as hot as in midsummer. So quickly put on your hiking boots, pack a snack and a summit beer and off you go up the mountain. The signposts show where the paths run. Past alpine pastures and mountain meadows and after a short break on the bank by the small river, we climb up to the summit cross. The view of the surrounding valleys is fascinating. The small houses, trees, forests and fields look like a model landscape from up here.
