With the replica of the heavy freight locomotive of the 151 series in the beige-blue paint, PIKO is once again offering a typical DB AG locomotive of Era IV. The model has an exact design of the lamps, windows, buffers, housing shape, engine room view, roof equipment, etc. and also impresses with the finest paintwork and printing, the extremely delicate pantographs, digitally switchable driver's cab and engine room lighting as well as LED taillights that change with the direction of travel. The powerful five-pole PIKO motor with its large, precisely dimensioned flywheel masses gives the model excellent driving characteristics. The model has a PluX22 interface, has a built-in PIKO SmartDecoder 4.1 with mfx capability and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
