With its successful mold design, the newly developed model of the ST44 consistently reproduces the characteristic appearance of the Polish version of the M62. Like the PIKO models of the V200 DR, the ST44 impresses with a powerful motor with two precisely balanced flywheels and excellent driving characteristics. Two wheels with traction tires for high tractive forces sit diagonally on the two axles running on the bogies.
The PIKO model of the ST44 also has the finest paintwork and printing, attached handlebars, sharply engraved bogie trims, engine room facilities, standard built-in cab and engine room lighting that can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder, and tail lights that function depending on the direction of travel. The vehicle is prepared for simple retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
